Coaching Application

To be a coach at the Parks at Texas star you need to fill out and submit a Coaching Application. Applications can be completed online.  

Background Checks

All Coaches must fill out a background form. Once the background check is complete, Coaches will be notified to pick up their Coaching badges at the Euless Family Life Center. Background checks are good for one year.  Anyone not wearing their badges during a game will be removed from the field. 

Request a Practice or Game Day

Do you have a specific day you would like to request for practice or a game?  Use the Practice or Game Day Form to submit your request online.  Please note that we will do our best to accommodate your requests, but it is not guaranteed.

Uniforms

Your team will need to order uniforms.  Use the Uniform Order Form to make your order.  Be prepared to provide your team name, jersey style, and color combinations.
